More recently, technologies have been created to repair structures from concrete all -season.
In Mendeleev’s RCTU, technologies have been created to repair bridges, runways, dams, highways and other concrete structures at almost any time of the year.
Existing methods of repairing various concrete designs in the cold period require special preparation and heating of the object to approximately +5 degrees. The latest technology has a composite produced on the basis of methyl methacrylate, whose hardening rate is the same at a temperature of -300C, and at +30 0C. It is worth noting that this material hardens five times faster than other concrete based on cement. Hardening speed is regulated due to catalytic additives.
This technology was tested for partial repair of the runway at Vnukovo Airport, the wear of which was more than 80%. The production of repair work using new material made it possible to carry out repairs without violating the schedule of flights, which indicates the speed of work. Such rapid pace of work made it possible to achieve the speed of curing the latest material.
Abroad methyl methacrylate has found its application as a binder for repair composites. However, in foreign nano structures of this material, monomers are binded into oligomers, a chain of 5-7 molecules, which allows you to increase the durability of methyl methacrylate, but significantly reduces the speed of its hardening. Use a monomer as a raw material, not an oligomer, a domestic invention.
In the process of construction, you may need to cut wood, plastic or soft metal. For these purposes, it makes sense to buy a manual circular saw. The electric saw can be used even indoors because it is environmentally friendly, t.e. works without harmful exhausts.
