Recipe for thin pancakes
For preparation, we need: 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of carbonated water, 1 cup, milk, salt, sugar, 2 eggs, 1 t. spoon of vegetable oil.

In this way, wonderful sweet pancakes turn out – a treat that your children will like very much. Also, thin pancakes can be served to the table by wrapping the filling in them. The filling for thin pancakes can be the most diverse: fried white cabbage with an egg, meat minced meat, rice with or without eggs, lumbering and fried lyre, thick jam or jam, sweet or salty cottage cheese. Chocolate sauce for sweet pancakes. Cooking will take a couple of minutes. Take the tile of chocolate, break into small pieces, add 2 st. tablespoons of milk and warm up to a homogeneous mass in the microwave or in a water bath. Cooking unsweetened sauces will also take a few minutes. Take cream or sour cream add tomato paste or finely chopped greens of parsley, dill, basil or cilantro, mix and the sauce is ready. Milk, kvass or freshly brewed tea are suitable from drinks to pancakes. To prepare aromatic tea, you will need sprigs of strawberries or raspberries, leaves and twigs of cherries, black currant leaves or viburnum flowers.
