Follow the rules below, and they will definitely help you reduce your appetite.

Before eating, you should drink a glass of juice or water. Thanks to this, you will be able to reduce the amount of food, as the feeling of saturation will occur much earlier. Many people love after you are beating to drink water, and this is in vain. Fluid dilutes gastric juice, harming the body.
