This is a balanced diet, a good diet (with the obligatory inclusion of fermented milk products, vegetables and fruits), the addition of immunostimulants (one of them is beans), drink herbal teas and tinctures (from Chinese Limonnik, Rosehip, Eleutherococcus, purple echinacea), cleansing the organism as well as any physical exertion.

When performing all these measures, you can effectively resist the spring cold and ailment.

How to strengthen immunity in the spring

I would like to offer you, dear readers, a number of recipes from traditional medicine that will help strengthen immunity.

Spruce

You need to take a couple of tablespoons of spruce needles and rinse it in running cold water.

Then you need to put the needles in a small saucepan, pour a glass of boiling water, close with a lid and boil on the stove for 20 minutes over low heat.

After that, the broth should be insisted for half an hour and strain.

Before use, add sugar, honey or cabbage brine.

You need to drink a glass per day, dividing the drink into 2-3 parts (it is better to do it after breakfast, lunch and dinner).

Walnut infusion

Composition: crushed walnuts – 500 grams, honey – 300 grams, aloe juice _ 100 grams, lemon juice – from 4 lemons, vodka – 1 cup.

Everything should be mixed and put in the dark for 24 hours to infuse.

It is necessary to take at least three times a day (1 tablespoon 30 minutes before meals).

A onion drink

It is necessary to take 250 grams of onions, finely cut it, mix it with sugar (200 grams). Then pour water (0.5 liters), put on the stove and cook for 1.5 hours over low heat.

Cool and add honey (2 tablespoons) to the mixture, mix.

Strain, pour into bottles and clog.

Take daily (3-5 times-one tablespoon).

Cranberry with walnuts and apples

Ingredients: Bent cranberries-500 grams, peeled walnuts-1 cup, green apples-2-3 pieces, sugar-500 grams, water-1 cup.

Cut the apples with cubes. Then mix cranberries, with nuts and apples, add water and granulated sugar, mix again.

Put on a slow fire and cook until boiling, not forgetting to periodically stir the mixture. Lay everything into jars and cover with lids.

It is recommended to take a tablespoon in the morning and evening, while it is better to drink tea.

Vitamin compote

Ivan-tea, lemon balm, mint, chestnut flowers-5 tablespoons of each (bought herbs in a pharmacy), brew in one liter of water and let it brew for two hours.

In two liters of water, you should cook a mixture of cranberries, currants, viburnum, cherries (any other frozen berries).

Strain herbal infusion, mix with berries.

Take 500 milliliters per day.

Radish and carrot drink

It is necessary to cook half a glass of radish and carrots juice, mix together.

Add a tablespoon of honey to the mixture and the same number of cranberry or lemon juice. Mix everything again.

Drink one tablespoon in the morning and before bedtime.

Vitamin bath

It is necessary to prepare dried raspberries (or its twigs), sea buckthorn, lingonberry, currants, as well as dried rosehip berries and (or) mountain ash. All berries should be taken in equal quantities.

You can prepare a vitamin bath from those berries that you have in stock.

The entire mixture of dried berries must be poured with boiling water, let it brew for 10 minutes. This broth should be poured into a bath with warm water.

If desired, you can add a few drops of cedar or eucalyptus oil.

Take such a bath for 15 minutes.
