According to the chairman of the Board of Directors of Euro -cement Group, problems with unusinted cement that appears in the Russian market from 45 countries of the world significantly complicate the promotion of high -quality domestic cement in the Russian market. And according to the Governor of the Perm Territory Viktor Basargin, only half of the region’s enterprises are modernized to the required technological level. Medvedev promised to simplify certification by creating a “road map”, which should provide not only the certification of existing ones, but the creation of new building materials.
