It is necessary to instill the need to keep your back exactly since childhood, which modern parents sometimes forget about. For this reason, according to pediatricians, the posture of many children in our time leaves much to be desired. The following simple tips can help young parents to improve the posture of their heir.
Fix the child’s posture is not difficult if you constantly do special exercises with him. But you can achieve a visible and persistent effect only in the case of regular training – classes that will be performed episodically, are unlikely to bring a lot of benefits. So that your child does not perceive the performance of exercises for proper posture as an unpleasant duty, begin to perform them with him, for example, under your favorite energetic music. So you will immediately kill not two, but three hares – and strengthen your child’s health, correct your posture, and increase your mood.
The simplest and easiest exercise for healthy posture is performed as follows – find a wall in your apartment where there is no skirting board. Take the starting position – press as tightly as possible to the wall with the back of the head, back, buttocks and heels. Next, proceed to the implementation of the following set of exercises, while trying to maintain the adopted starting position.
Sit down and stand without tearing your back and back of your back. Now take one step forward and sit down again, trying to keep your back straight. Stand up and return to the wall again. Take the initial position of the body.
Raise your hands one by one forward, up and to the sides, clinging your back against the wall. Then in turn bend your knees and press them with your hands to the body. At the same time, try not to tear your back from the wall.
Much can say a lot about the posture of a person’s position of his head, so parents should take a closer look at how usually they hold their heads. If he is used to walking with his head down, then this suggests that the muscles of his shoulder girdle are relaxed. This, as a rule, leads to the fact that the shoulders move forward, the chest sinks and, as a result, the spine bends. To prevent this from happening, your child needs to perform exercises with objects on his head. Sometimes a book is used for this, but there will still be more effective exercises with a bag in which 200-300 g of sand, small cereal or salt will be placed in.
To perform exercises with an object on the head, it is necessary to take the starting position near the wall, which was described earlier. Put the bag on the baby’s head and ask him to walk around the room with a straight back and an object on his head. Then you need to return to its original position.
Move away from the wall and, continuing to hold the bag on your head, make several squats, trying to keep your back exactly.
Put a low bench before your child. Ask him to take the starting position, and then invite the child to step on it, trying not to drop the subject on the head.
Dreaming to improve the posture of the child, some parents force the above exercises for hours. Of course, you should not do this. In addition, it is advisable to choose from the entire set of exercises those that the child performs with pleasure, and allow him to do only them. Parents should know that so that in order to correct the wrong posture to lead to fatigue, with a child of primary school age they should be repeated a maximum of 6-8 times. But adolescents can already repeat the exercises no more than 20-30 times.
